A Family Tradition
Founders Frank and Barbara Gobar, President and Vice President respectively, changed the company name to Danlin over 20 years ago by bringing a bit of family to the business. With a combination of their children's middle names, the name Danlin was born. Keeping with the spirit of family first, their children are also involved with Danlin.

Danlin Solar is the solar energy and installations and integration division of Danlin Corporation, dedicated to providing sustainable clean energy. Danlin Corp. is a construction and consulting business with an emphasis in renewable energy headquartered in San Rafael, CA.
Danlin Corporation's portfolio of projects includes: low, mid-rise and high-rise structures, single family home developments, commercial projects, office buildings, processing facilities, wineries, multifamily housing projects, a wide variety of municipality and DSA projects.
In addition to experience with urban infill condominium and mixed-use projects which marry office, retail and residential space; the majority of Danlin projects have incorporated energy conservation measures, including being a principle partner in the first solar powered subdivision in Sonoma County. Danlin Corporation has a long history of projects involving: construction, design, management, development, consulting for single family homes, subdivisions, low, midrise and high-rise projects, as well as commercial and multifamily developments.
Danlin Solar has installed a wide array of solar systems over the years, from small residential systems to large commercial systems, including over 125 NEM connections in a single year alone. Installations have included: ground mounted systems, trackers, roof mounted pen and non-pen ballasted systems, carports, and pole mounts; including both single and dual axis trackers. Danlin Solar has performed installations in a variety of conditions including: steep slope terrain up to 30 degree, difficult access, and roof slopes up to 45 degrees.
Frank Gobar is the founder and President of Danlin Corporation with over thirty-five years in construction design; management and consulting for single home, subdivision, mixed use and mid-rise commercial development; and solar installations for residential and commercial projects. Mr. Gobar has been focused on solar since the late 1970's.
Frank Gobar is also COO and Founder of Powertree Services Inc. Powertree is a private owner-operator of integrated Solar PV generation, Electric Vehicle charging and grid interactive energy storage. Privately owned, Powertree Services has developed the custom technology (patents pending), business model, partner and customer relationships to deliver clean power service to multi-tenant properties
